I provide consulting, design, research, and evaluation services to health care foundations, hospitals and community health clinics, and physicians in cultural competence, language interpretation services, and minority and community relations.  These consulting services are based on many years of direct experience as a researcher, educator, and administrator in California, Washington, and Alaska.

• Decide on the course, schedule, and scale of moving closer to the ethnic, racial, and other minority communities that you serve and
• Assist you in the initial steps down that path, building your internal capacity to move forward confidently and on your own.  

I can identify for you non-proprietary assessment tools, training tools, and best practices, and introduce you to resources, both persons and written materials, that you may require at each point in the development and implementation of your solution.
